Crimson Phoenix Expands Its Intelligence Solutions with Cyberspace Solutions Acquisition

Crimson Phoenix, a leading digital, data, and intelligence analysis platform, backed by Godspeed Capital, has recently announced the acquisition of Cyberspace Solutions. This strategic move allows Crimson Phoenix to gain Prime Contracts and valuable relationships with key US agencies, including the US Special Operations Command and the Defense Intelligence Agency. The addition of Cyberspace Solutions brings in a team of highly trained and cleared employees, further bolstering Crimson Phoenix's data-driven intelligence strategy. To support this expansion, Scott Crane, a finance veteran, will join Crimson Phoenix as the Chief Financial Officer.
With this acquisition, Crimson Phoenix aims to become a leading intelligence solutions provider for critical mission requirements of the US Intelligence Community and Special Operations Command.
