Changes in Litespeed Management's Holdings: Q1 2020 vs Q2 2020

In the first quarter of 2020, Litespeed Management, LLC had holdings in R1 RCM INC, Macquarie Infrastructure, Genworth Finl Inc, Scripps EW, Taubman Cntr, Tegna Inc, Wright Med Group N V, Fitbit Inc, Expedia Group Inc, PG&E Corp, Craft Brew Alliance, Manitowoc, Pitney Bowes Inc, LyondellBasell Ind, Neophotonics Corp, Navistar International, and Caesars Entmt Corp. By the second quarter, there were some notable changes in their holdings.
Firstly, R1 RCM INC saw no changes in the number of shares held or the value of those shares. The same was true for Macquarie Infrastructure. However, Genworth Finl Inc saw a decrease in the number of shares held from 2,950,000 to 2,950,000 and a decrease in value from $9,794,000 to $6,815,000, marking a 30.4% change.
Scripps EW saw no changes in shares held but saw an increase in the overall value from $3,642,000 to $4,226,000, reflecting a 16% change in value. Taubman Cntr saw an increase in the number of shares held from 57,000 to 108,800 and an increase in the value of those shares from $2,387,000 to $4,108,000, indicating a 72.1% change in holdings.
Tegna Inc also saw no changes in the number of shares held or the value of those shares. Wright Med Group N V saw an increase in the number of shares held from 87,000 to 94,000 and an increase in the value of those shares from $2,492,000 to $2,794,000, marking a 12.1% change.
Fitbit Inc saw no changes in the number of shares held, but there was a decrease in value from $2,864,000 to $2,778,000, indicating a 3% change. Expedia Group Inc saw an increase in the number of shares held from 27,000 to 27,000 and an increase in value from $1,519,000 to $2,219,000, representing a 46.1% change in holdings.
PG&E Corp saw a significant change in holdings, going from no shares held in Q1 2020 to holding 200,000 shares in Q2 2020. The value of those shares was $0 in Q1 2020 and increased to $1,774,000 in Q2 2020.
Craft Brew Alliance saw a decrease in the number of shares held from 68,083 to 30,570 and a decrease in value from $1,014,000 to $470,000, marking a 53.6% change in holdings. Manitowoc saw a significant increase in holdings, going from no shares held in Q1 2020 to holding 39,038 shares in Q2 2020. The value of those shares was $0 in Q1 2020 and increased to $425,000 in Q2 2020.
Pitney Bowes Inc also saw a significant increase in holdings, going from no shares held in Q1 2020 to holding 129,351 shares in Q2 2020. The value of those shares was $0 in Q1 2020 and increased to $336,000 in Q2 2020. LyondellBasell Ind saw no changes in the number of shares held or the value of those shares.
Finally, there were three companies in which Litespeed Management, LLC held shares in Q1 2020 but had no holdings in Q2 2020. These were Neophotonics Corp, Navistar International, and Caesars Entmt Corp.
Overall, there were both increases and decreases in the number of shares held and the value of those shares from Q1 2020 to Q2 2020 for Litespeed Management, LLC. Notably, PG&E Corp went from having no shares held to being a significant holding in Q2 2020. Manitowoc and Pitney Bowes Inc also saw significant increases in holdings, while Craft Brew Alliance had the largest decrease in holdings.
