Foster & Motley Inc Q4 2022 vs. Q1 2023: A Comparison of 13F Holdings

Google's parent company, Alphabet Inc Class C (GOOG), was also held by Foster & Motley Inc, with shares decreasing from 110,009 to 101,104, but with an increase in value from $9,761,000 to $10,515,000.
One surprising change in holdings was for Pfizer Incorporated (PFE), which showed a decrease of 23.1% in shares from Q4 2022 to Q1 2023, from 231,661 to 223,830. The value of this holding also decreased from $11,870,000 to $9,132,000, representing a change of -23.1%.
Agriculture and retail were other industries in which Foster & Motley Inc held significant positions. Kroger Company (KR) was held with a slight increase in shares from Q4 2022 to Q1 2023, from 216,932 to 228,266, and with an increase in value from $9,671,000 to $11,269,000. Walmart Stores Inc (WMT) saw a small decrease in shares from 68,459 to 65,990, but a negligible decrease in value from $9,707,000 to $9,730,000.
In conclusion, Foster & Motley Inc's Q1 2023 13F disclosure demonstrated their continued investment in international markets, with slight changes in holdings in various sectors, including tech and retail. While some stocks have seen significant increases in value, others have decreased in both value and shares held.
