Stern School of Business at New York University, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
Fleder's experience in the insurance industry spans decades, with the founding of multiple insurance-related entities. He currently serves on the Boards of Unimerica Insurance Company of New York and the Difference Card, and has previously been involved with prestigious organizations such as Aetna, CIGNA, and UnitedHealthcare. Fleder holds a B.S. from Franklin & Marshall College.
