OceanSound Partners Hires Julie Marracino to Lead Investor Relations

OceanSound Partners, a private equity firm specializing in technology and technology-enabled services for government and regulated enterprise markets, has appointed Julie Marracino as Principal of Investor Relations. Marracino, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity capital formation and client services, will be responsible for managing investor relations and fundraising activities at OceanSound.

With over 10 years of industry experience, Marracino joins OceanSound from TCV, where she held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations & Capital Formation. In this role, she provided investment support, fundraising, and client coverage for limited partners across various regions. Prior to TCV, Marracino spent almost a decade at The Blackstone Group, where she achieved the position of Principal in the Private Equity Institutional Client Services & Investor Relations group.
