GlacierPoint Enterprises, a leading direct store delivery (DSD) distributor of frozen products, has announced its acquisition of Cool River Beverages LLC. This strategic move expands GlacierPoint's distribution solution to include a wide range of specialty beverages, transforming the company into a fully diversified logistics platform.
The acquisition of Cool River Beverages allows GlacierPoint to tap into the growing market for temperature-controlled beverages. With their existing customer relationships, DSD distribution network, and operational expertise, GlacierPoint aims to leverage the new beverages segment as a significant growth engine for the combined business.
