Other Major Changes in Holdings
One of the most significant changes in WAM's holdings was in Linde PLC (LIN) and Vanguard FTSE Developed Market (VEA). While they had no shares in either company in Q4 2022, they purchased 65,637 shares of Linde PLC and 471,210 shares of Vanguard FTSE Developed Market. Linde PLC had a value of $0 in Q4 2022, but in Q1 2023 its value increased to $23,330,000. Vanguard FTSE Developed Market also had a value of $0 in Q4 2022, but in Q1 2023, its value increased to $21,285,000.
UnitedHealth Group Inc. (UNH) and Honeywell International Inc. (HON) saw a decrease in both shares and value. UNH went from 34,656 to 34,666 shares and decreased in value from $18,374,000 to $16,383,000, a 10.8% decrease. HON went from 78,076 to 77,665 shares and decreased in value from $16,732,000 to $14,843,000, an 11.3% decrease.
Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) and Apple Inc. (AAPL) saw a significant increase in value in Q1 2023, with AMZN increasing from $6,822,000 to $8,378,000, a 22.8% increase, and AAPL increasing from $16,107,000 to $20,422,000, a 26.8% increase.
