The company's fundraising efforts have also been successful, with €3.5 billion raised in the last twelve months. Flagship Fund V has secured €8.6 billion in commitments, equivalent to 86% of its target, and is expected to reach its hard cap of €12 billion in 2024. NextGen Fund I has remained on track, with commitments of €1.1 billion and an expected target size of €1.2 billion.
Antin has maintained a disciplined capital deployment strategy, announcing four investments over the last twelve months across its flagship, mid-cap, and NextGen funds. The company's funds have continued to perform well, with all funds either meeting or exceeding their performance targets. In addition, Antin has strengthened its senior management team and expanded its executive committee, demonstrating its commitment to leadership development and corporate governance.
To reward shareholders, Antin will be paying an interim cash dividend of €0.32 per share on November 16, 2023. This represents a significant increase compared to the dividend paid in the first half of 2022 and reflects the company's strong underlying net income. Looking ahead, Antin's growth prospects remain positive, with Flagship Fund V expected to reach its hard cap of €12 billion in 2024 and NextGen Fund I on track to reach its target size of €1.2 billion in 2023.
