Bread Financial Holdings Inc (BFH): Courant again held the same number of shares in BFH – 72,000 shares – in both quarters. However, the value of these shares increased by 19.6%, from $2,267,000 to $2,711,000.

Lowes Companies Inc (LOW): Like several others in this list, Courant held the same number of shares in LOW – 10,000 shares – in both quarters. The value of these shares increased by 6%, from $1,880,000 to $1,992,000.

Sei Invts Co (SEIC) and Loyalty Ventures Inc (LYLT): Finally, Courant divested completely from SEIC, with 54,707 shares in Q3 2022 dropping to 0 in Q4 2022. Additionally, the company also sold all its LYLT shares, with 28,800 shares in Q3 2022 also dropping to 0 in Q4 2022.

In conclusion, while there were no significant changes in Courant's holdings or investment strategy, it is evident that the company is slowly but surely increasing its investment in several of these top holdings. And while the divestment in SEIC and LYLT may seem surprising, it's important to remember that investing is a constantly evolving and dynamic process that requires quick, smart decisions. As always, we must continue to watch the market and the strategies of major players like Courant to navigate the changing investment climate.
