The Ford Financial Group: Comparing Holdings in Q3 2022 and Q4 2022

Investing is all about keeping a close eye on the changes in your portfolio, and for those invested in the Ford Financial Group, LLC, it’s no different. This article takes a deeper look at the changes in holdings of this fund in Q3 2022 and Q4 2022.
Let’s start with the biggest changes. TOTL, or the SSGA Active ETF TR, saw the most significant decrease in holdings, dropping from 246,511 shares in Q3 to 194,528 shares in Q4, a decrease of 21.4%. Other funds that experienced a decrease in holdings include CLM, the Cornerstone Strategic Value Fund, and JAGG, the J P Morgan Exchange Traded Fund, which saw drops of 14.8% and 43.6%, respectively.
On the flip side, SPAB, the SPDR Ser TR, saw the most significant increase in holdings, with an increase of 42.2%, going from 70,319 shares to 99,222 shares. Other funds with considerable percentage increases include NTSX, the WisdomTree TR, with an increase of 205.3%, and RWL, the Invesco Exchange Traded Fund, with an increase of 16.2%.
Let’s take a closer look at some of the individual holdings. Firstly, we have SPYV, SPYG and SLYV, all SPDR Ser TR funds, which saw small increases in holdings ranging from 1.6% to 12.8%. VTI, the Vanguard Index FDS, also saw a 6.5% increase.
Moving on to INVESCO EXCH TRADED FD TR II funds, SPTM saw a 6.2% increase in holdings, while SPLV and RPV saw increases of 12.4% and 9.7%, respectively. RSP saw a decrease of 5.5% in holdings.
MDYG and MDYV, both SPDR Ser TR funds, both saw an increase in holdings, up 9.8% and 12.7%, respectively. Additionally, LSAF and LSAT, both Two Rd Shared TR funds, saw increases in holdings of 12.6% and -2.1%, respectively.
Other funds of note include XLV, or the Select Sector SPDR TR, which saw a 38.7% increase in holdings. MSFT, or Microsoft Corp, saw a relatively small increase of 2.4% in holdings. Finally, we have the PIMCO ETF TR BOND fund, which previously had no shares in Q3, but saw an increase to 6,430 shares in Q4.
In conclusion, the changes in holdings for the Ford Financial Group, LLC were relatively mixed, with some funds experiencing increases while others faced decreases. However, it’s essential to keep in mind that these changes in holdings do not necessarily reflect the overall performance of the fund and should be analyzed in conjunction with other factors before making any decisions.
