Other companies that saw a decrease in share data include Salesforce (CRM), Applied Materials (AMAT), and Splunk Inc (SPLK). However, there were also some companies that saw an increase in share data, such as General Electric (GE) and Carlyle Group (CG).
General Electric saw an increase in share data from 7,161,998 in Q3 2022 to 5,620,658 in Q4 2022, an increase of 21.52%. The value of those shares also went up by 6.3%, from $443,400,000 in Q3 2022 to $471,248,000 in Q4 2022.
Carlyle Group saw an increase in share data from 14,233,909 in Q3 2022 to 12,637,553 in Q4 2022, an increase of 12.56%. The value of those shares also went up by 2.6%, from $367,804,000 in Q3 2022 to $377,194,000 in Q4 2022.
Other companies that saw an increase in share data include Mastercard (MA), Visa Inc (V), and Colliers Intl Group Inc (CIGI.TO).
The changes in holdings for Vulcan Value Partners, LLC show that the fund is actively managing its portfolio and making strategic decisions based on market trends and company performance. It’s interesting to see the wide range of changes in share data and value data for the companies held in the fund, and it will be worth keeping an eye on these holdings in the coming quarters to see how they continue to evolve.
