Blue Wolf Capital: Stephen Madsen Joins as Managing Director, Business Development

Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC, a leading middle market private equity firm in the healthcare and industrial sectors, has announced the appointment of Stephen Madsen as Managing Director, leading the firm's business development team.

Mr. Madsen will be responsible for identifying unique investment opportunities, collaborating with the senior investment team to source high-potential deals, and managing the intermediary selection process for portfolio company transactions. Leveraging Blue Wolf's extensive executive networks, he will also generate and oversee new partnerships across a wide range of industries.

He also served as the Manager of Global Business Development & Origination at Intralinks Dealnexus, an online deal sourcing and marketing platform. With a career beginning in primary investment research at Coleman Research Group and later Gerson Lehrman Group, Mr. Madsen brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
