Before diving into the details, let's first understand what 13F filings are. Every quarter, all management investment companies that manage more than $100 million in equity securities must file a report known as a 13F with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These reports contain information about the investment company's holdings, including details such as the issuer name, option type, and the number of shares held in each company. This information is made available to the public and is used by investors to gain valuable insight into the investment strategies of these companies.

London Co of Virginia's Q3-Q4 2022 13F filings reveal interesting changes in its portfolio. The company's total holdings saw a slight decrease from 71 to 70, with the total value of shares dropping from $16,122,913 to $15,570,524. However, there were significant changes in the number of shares held by the firm in individual companies.
