The acquisition adds Open World's flagship concept, Brick Fest Live, to L2 Capital's primary touring property, Jurassic Quest. This strategic move will enhance L2 Capital's entertainment platform and provide families with an even more diverse range of interactive and educational experiences.

Munn is thrilled to welcome the Open World team and is confident that their collaboration will accelerate touring presence while maximizing the collective potential of both companies. Together, they aim to build an entertainment platform that brings joy to countless families around the world.

Brick Fest Live showcases over 1 million LEGO® bricks and offers hands-on activities and attractions that inspire, educate, and entertain families. The event encourages the development of motor and engineering skills in children and provides opportunities for them to express their creativity.
Jurassic Quest, the largest dinosaur exhibition in North America, offers an up-close and realistic encounter with the giants that once roamed the Earth. With 140 multi-day dinosaur-themed events across 43 states and 6 Canadian provinces, Jurassic Quest has captivated millions of visitors and sold over 1.8 million tickets.
