Thompson Street Capital Partners ("TSCP"), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, has announced the acquisition of 5 Star Pest Solutions LLC ("5 Star") by PestCo Holdings, LLC ("PestCo"), a TSCP portfolio company. This strategic move positions PestCo for future growth in the Indianapolis market and strengthens its presence in the highly fragmented pest control industry.

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, 5 Star is a leading provider of commercial pest control services, specifically catering to multi-family communities in the greater Indianapolis area. With PestCo's team and resources backing them, 5 Star is well-positioned to expand its services while maintaining its commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to its customers. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

This acquisition marks the eleventh investment for PestCo, which was formed to consolidate the pest control industry by acquiring and integrating companies operating in this space.
