Archer Capital Management, L.P. recently released its 13F holdings comparison report for Q3 2018 and Q4 2018. The report showed that there were significant changes in holdings for a number of companies in their portfolio.
One of the most notable changes was for WideOpenWest Inc, where they held 970,768 shares in Q3 2018 but only 630,771 shares in Q4 2018, a decrease of 58.7%. Loral Space & Communicatns I also saw a significant decrease, from 158,286 shares in Q3 2018 to 114,229 shares in Q4 2018, a decrease of 40.8%.
Zayo Group Hldgs Inc saw a massive decrease of 72.2%, from 364,500 shares to 154,100 shares. NII Hldgs Inc, on the other hand, had an increase of 9.6%, from 528,323 shares to 579,213 shares.
PDVWireless Inc, AgroFresh Solutions, Everi Holdings Inc, Comcast Corp New, and Corenergy Infrastructure Tr are among the companies that Archer Capital Management, L.P. completely sold off. They had 93,726 shares in PDVWireless Inc in Q3 2018, but sold off all their shares in Q4 2018. The same goes for Corenergy Infrastructure Tr, where they held 11,000,000 shares in Q3 2018, but sold off all their shares in Q4 2018.
In conclusion, Archer Capital Management, L.P. made some significant changes in their portfolio between Q3 2018 and Q4 2018, with a decrease in holdings for some companies and completely selling off others. These changes highlight the dynamic nature of the investment market and the importance of investors keeping track of their portfolio holdings.
