Spire Global Inc. (SPIR) remained stagnant in shares held but had a value decrease from $2,666k to $2,369k, an 11.1% decrease. Finally, PSFE had a major shift, with 20,646,512 shares held in Q3 and none held in Q4, causing a value decrease from $28,492k to $0k, a 100% change.
