Building Industry Partners Portfolio Company, U.S. Fence Solutions, Completes Sale of Ideal Fencing Corp. to Soil Nail Holdings

The building industry-focused investment firm, Building Industry Partners LLC (BIP), has announced that its portfolio company, U.S. Fence Solutions Company, LLC (U.S. Fence), has successfully sold Ideal Fencing Corp. to Soil Nail Holdings (SNH). SNH, an investment platform affiliated with private equity firm KKR, focuses on leading commercial contractors in North America. This sale marks another milestone for U.S. Fence Solutions as it continues to grow its residential and commercial fencing installation business.
Ideal Fencing Corp., founded in 1982 and based in Erie, Colorado, specializes in fabricating and installing highway and bridge guardrails, commercial chain-link, and iron fencing. Since its acquisition by U.S. Fence in 2017, Ideal has become the largest guardrail fabricator and installer in Colorado, serving the state's Front Range and beyond. The company has a strong track record of delivering quality solutions in a timely and safe manner, making it a preferred partner for highway/transit authorities, government agencies, infrastructure contractors, and commercial/industrial contractors and developers.
