ESP Associates, Inc. has announced the appointment of Dave Dickey as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With over 35 years of experience in the AEC community, Dickey brings a wealth of expertise to ESP. As a certified planner with a background in engineering and geology, he has a proven track record of developing vision and advancing growth strategy.
Dickey's tenure begins immediately as part of a strategic succession plan initiated in 2017 when ESP partnered with Strength Capital Partners, LLC. He takes over from ESP's longtime President, Joe Hendrick, who led the organization for nearly 25 years.
Hendrick expressed his gratitude for his time at ESP and his confidence in Dickey's leadership abilities. He believes that under Dickey's direction, ESP will continue to grow and provide opportunities for team members.
Dickey himself is excited to lead ESP, acknowledging the company's rich history of excellence across various service lines and market sectors. He plans to work closely with Hendrick and the Board of Directors to develop organic and inorganic strategic initiatives that reinforce the company's commitment to client relationships, core values, and measured growth.
Strength Capital Partners, the private equity firm that partnered with ESP, also expressed its excitement about Dickey's appointment. They believe his management experience and strategic capabilities make him an ideal choice for CEO. They also extended their gratitude to Hendrick for his dedication and leadership.
