About FlavorSum
The world of food science and innovation is abuzz with anticipation for IFT FIRST 2023, and FlavorSum is ready to make a splash at the event. As a leading North American flavor producer, FlavorSum will be showcasing their refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails at booth #S4042 in Chicago from July 17-19. This is an exciting opportunity for food and beverage companies to discover new and innovative flavor solutions that can sweeten their success.
FlavorSum is not just a flavor producer, but a solutions provider for growing food and beverage companies. They have successfully unified National Flavors, GSB Flavor Creators, Bonnie & Don Flavours, Whittle and Mutch, and Meridian Flavors under their platform. This consolidation of expertise and resources allows FlavorSum to offer a wide range of flavor solutions tailored to the unique needs of mid-sized and emerging brands.
At the FlavorSum booth, attendees will have the chance to taste four insights-driven non-alcoholic cocktails that showcase the complexity, novelty, and delicious flavor combinations that FlavorSum is known for. From classic inspirations to creative concoctions, these mocktails will surely delight the taste buds of visitors. To complement the drinks, FlavorSum will also be offering key lime and lemon crème flavored candy-coated pretzels for a sweet and savory treat.
FlavorSum understands the challenges that food and beverage brands face when it comes to flavor sourcing and new product development. That's why they have implemented several key initiatives in 2023 to simplify the process and help their customers meet their growth goals. One of these initiatives is the establishment of Centers of Excellence, where flavorists and application scientists with expertise in specific applications are available to collaborate with brands. These centers are located in Mississauga, ON, Kalamazoo, MI, and Mt. Laurel, NJ, and offer virtual or on-site meetings at state-of-the-art development labs.
In addition to the Centers of Excellence, FlavorSum has also developed FlavorSum Access, an innovative online portal that provides customers with easy access to downloadable technical and corporate documentation. This streamlines the new product development process and ensures that brands can quickly retrieve the information they need for commercialization. Starting in July 2023, documentation will be available in the portal for products purchased from any FlavorSum facility.
To better serve their customers, FlavorSum has recently embarked on an expansion project at their Kalamazoo facility. This project adds 35,000 square feet to the facility, expanding the lab and pilot plant capabilities. This investment allows FlavorSum to enhance their capabilities with MicroThermics equipment, improve shipping and receiving processes, and increase product storage. The expanded facilities will enable FlavorSum to provide even better support to their customers and accommodate their growing needs.
To further enhance their customer support, FlavorSum will be launching a new chat feature on their website in Q3 2023. This chat feature will provide customers with another way to receive seamless and timely support during the company's business hours. Whether it's assistance with orders, samples, documentation support, or flavor insights, customers can reach out through the chat feature and get the help they need.
FlavorSum is committed to keeping their customers and the food and beverage industry informed about the latest trends, insights, and resources. To stay in the know, customers can subscribe to FlavorSum's blog and newsletter, where they can find valuable information and inspiration to fuel their success.
In conclusion, FlavorSum is set to make a splash at IFT FIRST 2023 with their refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails and innovative flavor solutions.
