Generational Equity Advises Harris Warren Commercial Kitchen Service in Acquisition Deal

Generational Equity, a leading M&A advisory firm, facilitated the sale of Harris Warren Commercial Kitchen Service to Tech24, a portfolio company of HCI Equity Partners. The transaction was completed on June 20, 2023.
Harris Warren, based in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, is a prominent provider of repair services, preventative maintenance, and installation for commercial kitchens in the Cape Cod area. The Company specializes in servicing hot and cold side equipment primarily for restaurant and hospitality customers.
On the other hand, Tech24 is the industry leader in commercial foodservice equipment repair and maintenance. With more than 850 highly qualified service technicians across 26 states, Tech24 provides comprehensive repair and preventive maintenance solutions for commercial refrigeration, cooking, beverage, and HVAC equipment.
HCI Equity Partners, headquartered in Washington, DC, is a lower middle market private equity firm that focuses on partnering with family and founder-owned manufacturing, service, and distribution companies to execute growth strategies.
The transaction was successfully closed by Generational Equity Executive Managing Director, M&A-Technology Practice Leader David Fergusson and Jeff Carignan, a Generational Group Authorized Affiliate, with support from Managing Director, M&A, Corey Painter. The initial relationship with Harris Warren was established by Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm.
