Stratus Expands Architectural and Design Portfolio with Acquisition of Synalovski Romanik Saye
Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based private equity firm, Godspeed Capital Management LP, announced its recent acquisition of Synalovski Romanik Saye Architects (SRS). This acquisition will see SRS joining Zyscovich, Inc., a leading architectural and design brand operating under Godspeed Capital's multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, and consulting platform, Stratus.
SRS, with over three decades of experience in architectural and interior design, planning, development, construction, and contract management, brings a wealth of expertise to the Stratus platform. The firm has built a strong reputation as one of Florida's top full-service design firms, working on numerous projects throughout the state, as well as in Connecticut, Texas, Illinois, and Puerto Rico.
Manny Synalovski, Founder and Managing Principal of SRS, expressed excitement about joining the Stratus platform. He noted that Stratus has garnered a leading reputation within the industry and has access to an unparalleled network of expertise and talent, which will benefit clients with enhanced resources, capabilities, and services.
Jose Murguido, President of Zyscovich, Inc., believes that SRS will bring unique areas of focus and expertise to Zyscovich while complementing their growing business in the Southeastern US. Murguido looks forward to working closely with Manny Synalovski and his team to combine their development expertise and enhance their ability to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.
Ahmed Abdel-Saheb, Partner at Godspeed Capital, highlighted the significance of adding SRS to the Stratus platform. This acquisition strengthens Stratus' presence in the flourishing Florida market, where they serve both public sector and commercial clients. Ahmed looks forward to leveraging the strength of the talented SRS team to support the growth of Zyscovich and other leading Stratus brands.
Stratus, formed through the alliance of Zyscovich, Inc., Prime Engineering, Austin Brockenbrough & Associates, Ascent Engineering Group, C.T. Hsu + Associates, and Morris & Associates, operates as a full-service engineering and architecture consulting firm. The brands operate independently, utilizing their strong reputation, market presence, and the resources of the Stratus platform to deliver innovative services and solutions to clients across the United States and globally. SRS is the latest addition to Stratus following its acquisition of Morris & Associates, Engineers, LLC earlier this year.
