Kainos Capital Strengthens Investment and Operations Team with Promotions

Dallas-based private equity firm, Kainos Capital, continues to expand its investment and operations team with the recent promotions of Steven Koch and Alex Stanek. Koch has been promoted to Principal, while Stanek has been promoted to Manager on the Kainos Operations Team.
As Principal, Koch will take on a greater role in leading the evaluation and execution of transactions, as well as the management of portfolio companies. He will also contribute to the training and development of associates and serve as a member of the firm's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Committee. Koch's valuable insights and expertise are expected to enhance the firm's investment process and create significant value for portfolio companies.
Meanwhile, Stanek, who has been promoted to Manager, will continue to focus on supply chain management. This area is integral to Kainos Capital's operations management capabilities, and Stanek's experience and strategic approach will contribute to driving efficiencies in supply chain and strategic purchasing initiatives.

Steven Koch initially joined Kainos in 2014 as an associate and returned in 2019 as a Vice President after completing his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has a strong background in investment banking, having worked with UBS Investment Bank's Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Financial Institutions Group in New York City. Koch holds a B.S. in commerce with distinction from the University of Virginia.
Alex Stanek brings valuable experience to the Kainos team, previously working as a project manager at USC Consulting Group. During her time there, she oversaw internal and client project teams' supply chain and spend management practices, with a particular focus on the food and consumer businesses. Stanek holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri.
