However, Digital Realty Trust Inc (DLR), CubeSmart (CUBE), and Invitation Homes Inc (INVH) gained significantly in Q4 2022. Digital Realty Trust Inc's shares rose from 811,301 to 1219142, with a value increase of 51.9%. CubeSmart added 176,083 shares to their portfolio and witnessed 17.6% growth in value. Invitation Homes Inc added 357,665 shares and the value of those shares increased by 3%.
In addition, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) such as Essex Property Trust Inc (ESS), American Tower Corp (AMT), and Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc (ARE) saw mild fluctuations in their shares values. AMT saw a 9.9% increase in value but a smaller increase in shares. Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc witnessed a 17.8% increase in shares and a 17.2% increase in value. Essex Property Trust Inc's holdings changed moderately from 440,516 to 489,861 shares, with a 2.7% decrease in value.
Moreover, several stocks had an insignificant change in their holdings, including Weyerhaeuser Co (WY), Duke Realty Corp, and Corporate Office Properties Trust (OFC). Weyerhaeuser Co and Duke Realty Corp maintained their value and shares, while Corporate Office Properties Trust had a complete liquidation of its holdings.
