Legacy Wealth Management Q4 2022 vs. Q1 2023: A Look at the Changing 13F Holdings

Investment management firm Legacy Wealth Management, Inc recently released its Form 13F for Q4 2022 and Q1 2023, providing insight into the firm's stock and option holdings during those periods. Among the notable changes were increases in holdings for Schwab Strategic Trust and iShares Trust, as well as a significant decrease in holdings for Schwab Strategic Trust. Aside from the above companies, Legacy Wealth Management also increased its holdings in Hartford Fds Exchange Traded and SPDR S&P 500 ETF TR. However, the firm decreased its holdings in Schwab Strategic Trust's SCHZ by 30.8%, going from 9,685 to 6,524 shares. The most significant decrease was seen with JSCP, as it went from 1,024,244 shares in Q4 2022 to 0 shares Q1 2023, indicating that Legacy Wealth Management drastically reduced its holding in this company.
