Krystal Ferguson has a proven track record in customer success management and improving business operations through SaaS platforms. In her role as vice president of account management, Ferguson will focus on customer centricity and retention.
Laura Thorn brings extensive experience in professional services, having worked with ERP and CRM solutions providers. She will lead LINQ's implementation and service teams, aiming to improve the overall client experience.
Keith Womack has over 25 years of experience in payment solutions and organizations. At LINQ, he will be responsible for maintaining the financial strategy and increasing the organization's market share.
