McGill and Partners: Driving Growth Through New Appointments

New York, NY - McGill and Partners, the global specialty (re)insurance broker, is continuing its growth trajectory with the announcement of key leadership appointments within its US operations. These appointments reflect the company's commitment to delivering superior solutions and services to its clients and trading partners.
Karl Hennessy, the current leader of the Global Specialty Insurance teams in London, will take on the role of CEO of McGill Global Risk Solutions LLC, the US insurance and reinsurance business. Hennessy will relocate from London to New York, pending visa approvals. Working alongside him will be John Judice, who assumes the position of President of the US business, with immediate effect. Judice will be responsible for driving sales and business development across McGill and Partners' specialty insurance platform. Warren Mula will continue in his role as Chairman of the US business.
In addition to these appointments, Nirali Shah has been named Head of US D&O, and Daisy Jackson has been appointed Partner, Business Development, to further support business development activities in the US. Jackson will relocate from London to New York once visa approvals are obtained. Meanwhile, Alyssa Gerardi has taken on the role of Steve McGill's Chief of Staff, relocating from New York to London.
The transition of Karl Hennessy to the US will be accompanied by a redistribution of responsibilities within the company. McGill and Partners' Chairman, John Lloyd, will assume Hennessy's previous responsibilities.
