Richard Hagestad, joining as an Associate, previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard in the Aerospace and Defense Group and the Interactive and Digital Media Group. Hagestad obtained a B.B.A. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Nicholas Iserloth, another Associate at OceanSound, brings experience as an Investment Banking Associate in the Global Technology Group at Jefferies and an Investment Banking Analyst at Nomura. Iserloth holds a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.

Isha Kothari, also an Associate, served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Enterprise Software Group at Spurrier Capital Partners before joining OceanSound. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.

Laurie Hadick, the Director of Compliance, joins OceanSound after serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for private funds manager HealthCor Management and Compliance Officer for global asset manager Alphadyne Asset Management. Hadick holds a B.A. in English Literature from Trinity College (Connecticut) and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
