SimpliFi, Inc. Q4 2022 vs. Q1 2023: Analyzing the Changes in Fund Holdings

SimpliFi, Inc., a financial services company that offers automated investment and financial planning solutions, recently released its 13F report comparing its Q4 2022 and Q1 2023 holdings. In terms of significant changes, SimpliFi's position in the SPDR S&P 500 ETF TR decreased by 44.4%, holding only 21,524 shares in Q1 2023, compared to 41,408 shares in Q4 2022. This equates to a decrease from $15,835,000 to $8,811,000. Another notable decrease is in the INVESCO EXCHANGE TRADED FD T - INVESCO EXCH TRADED FD TR II PWZ, down 4% from 204,458 shares in Q4 2022 to 204,052 shares in Q1 2023.

In terms of percent changes, the largest increase is in the VANECK ETF TRUST - VANECK ETF TRUST SHS HY MUNI ETF, with SimpliFi raising its position by 277.8% to 45,391 shares. The second-largest increase is in the INVESCO EXCHANGE TRADED FD T - INVESCO EXCH TRADED FD TR II PZA, in which SimpliFi increased its position by 286.5% to 34,611 shares. Meanwhile, the largest decrease is in the NORTHERN LTS FD TR IV - NORTHERN LTS FD TR IV NASDAQ 100-TRACKING, with SimpliFi fully closing its position in Q1 2023.

In conclusion, SimpliFi, Inc.'s 13F report for Q4 2022 vs. Q1 2023 shows a mix of changes in holdings. The company decreased its position in some securities, while also adding new positions. Meanwhile, some of its holdings saw significant percent changes, both positively and negatively.
