Erick Wilson has joined Promise Homes as Head of Finance, bringing nearly two decades of financial experience to the company. He will be responsible for overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. Wilson previously held positions at Ernst & Young's Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction practice, where he served publicly-traded REITs and private equity real estate funds.

Nylah Oliver has been appointed as Head of Resident Engagement & Social Impact, focusing on improving the residential experience and empowering the communities where Promise Homes invests. She leads the company's innovative Minority Vendor Program, which contracts with minority- and women-owned businesses for repair, turn, and maintenance jobs. Before joining Promise Homes, Oliver worked on social sustainability projects for Jones Lang LaSalle and served as a Corporate Social Responsibility & Communications Fellow at UPS.
