Conclusion
Windsor Capital Management's Q4 2022 and Q1 2023 13F reports show that the firm is continuing to make strategic investments in stocks and ETFs. The top holdings from Q4 2022 remained largely unchanged in Q1 2023, which demonstrates the fund's confidence in its investments.
The analysis shows that the firms' significant increase in holdings of IBDO has contributed the most to the increase in total holdings value. On the other hand, a decline in holdings of PFE had the most significant impact on the total value of holdings.
