Fortis Home Health & Hospice Appoints Rob Radics as Chief Executive Officer

With nearly three decades of experience in the home health and hospice industry, Mr. Radics brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. Mr. Radics joins Fortis from his previous position as President, Home Health & Hospice of Aveanna Healthcare, where he managed a $250 million annual budget for 92 locations across 15 states. During his tenure, Mr. Radics successfully oversaw five acquisitions, demonstrating his ability to lead and scale home-based care businesses effectively. With his deep industry experience and strong leadership skills, Mr. Radics is poised to drive Fortis forward.

Before his time at Aveanna Healthcare, Mr. Radics served as Chief Executive Officer of Five Points Healthcare, a leading provider of home healthcare and hospice services. He founded Five Points Healthcare in 2011 and subsequently sold it to Aveanna in 2020. Mr. Radics also held various leadership roles at Gentiva Health Services and its predecessor, Heathfield, Inc., earlier in his career.
