On the other hand, Dimensional Fund Advisors' US Small Cap Value (DFSV) had a significant decrease in shares, going from 3,736,621 shares in Q4 2022 to 4,269,488 shares in Q1 2023. Similarly, Vanguard Small Cap Value (VBR) saw a reduction in shares from 182,130 to 143,151, a percentage change of -21.4%.
It's interesting to note that although Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) saw a decrease in shares, it's overall value rose slightly, potentially due to the company's stock soaring in the early months of 2023. In contrast, Apple Inc (AAPL) has a higher share count, however, its value increase wasn't as much in comparison.
