Investment Firm Jordan Park Group LLC Reveals Q3 vs. Q4 2022 13F Holdings

Investment firms are required by law to submit a quarterly Form 13F to the SEC, disclosing their holdings in publicly traded securities. Jordan Park Group LLC is one such company, and their third and fourth quarter 2022 filings have revealed some interesting changes in their holdings.
One of the top performers in terms of percentage increase was GraniteShares Gold Trust (BAR), with a jump of 8.9% in value from Q3 to Q4. Kraneshares Trust was another significant gainer, rising by 7.6% in holdings during the same period.
However, not all stocks had such positive outcomes. Vanguard Scottsdale Funds (VGIT) saw a decrease in holdings by 15.6%, while iShares Treasury Bond ETF (TLT) fell by a staggering 42.1%.
Putting specific holdings aside, Jordan Park Group LLC's total assets under management (AUM) at the end of Q4 2022 was $3.29 billion, up from $3.05 billion in Q3.
So what do these changes in holdings tell us? Well, it's important to remember that just because one investment firm is buying or selling certain stocks, it doesn't necessarily indicate market trends or the performance of individual companies.
