Kainos Capital Strengthens Investment and Operations Team with Promotions

Dallas-based private equity firm, Kainos Capital, continues to expand its investment and operations team with the recent promotions of Steven Koch and Alex Stanek. Koch has been promoted to Principal, while Stanek has been promoted to Manager on the Kainos Operations Team.

As Principal, Koch will take on a greater role in leading the evaluation and execution of transactions, as well as the management of portfolio companies. He will also contribute to the training and development of associates and serve as a member of the firm's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Committee. Koch holds a B.S. in commerce with distinction from the University of Virginia.

Alex Stanek brings valuable experience to the Kainos team, previously working as a project manager at USC Consulting Group. During her time there, she oversaw internal and client project teams' supply chain and spend management practices, with a particular focus on the food and consumer businesses. Stanek holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri.
