It also acquired Instructure Holdings Inc, SAP SE, and Visa Inc holdings. Skye Global Management acquired 520,955 shares worth $11.6 million in Instructure Holdings, 582,000 shares worth $47.2 million in SAP SE, and 1,294,500 shares worth $229.97 million in Visa Inc.
Skye Global Management also disposed of some of its holdings, including Tyler Technologies Inc, Workday Inc, and Procter and Gamble Co. In particular, Skye Global Management reduced its holdings in Tyler Technologies Inc by 58.8% to 50,000 shares worth $16.1 million in Q4 2022. Furthermore, Skye Global Management reduced its holdings in Workday Inc by 98.4%, to 16,000 shares worth $2.7 million in Q4 2022. Additionally, Skye Global Management sold all of its holdings in Procter and Gamble Co in Q4 2022.
