Before joining HighPost, Weston spent 16 years at North Castle Partners, a private equity firm specializing in consumer-driven product and service businesses. During his time there, he focused on private equity investments in various sectors, such as fitness, health & beauty services, franchising, weight management, and veterinary health. Weston's experience also extends to investment banking, where he started his career as an Analyst in the retail and consumer group at Credit Suisse. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
