Luxury skincare brand Natura Bissé and hospitality management company Arch Amenities Group Europe have joined forces to enhance their presence in the luxury spa sector across the European Union and the United Kingdom. This strategic collaboration aims to leverage the strengths of both brands by capitalizing on the reputation and expertise of Natura Bissé and Arch Amenities Group in their respective fields. Natura Bissé, headquartered in Barcelona, is a well-established skincare firm with a global presence in more than 450 spa hotels. While the majority of its sales are recorded abroad, with a strong foothold in the United States and China, the company is now turning its attention to Europe. With a strategic focus on the region over the next three years, Natura Bissé aims to double its multi-channel presence and expand its offerings in first-class spas and wellness centers. On the other hand, Arch Amenities Group Europe manages over 430 properties worldwide, including private clubs, fitness centers, and hotels. With renowned hotel groups like Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, and The Ritz-Carlton among their clients, Arch Amenities Group brings extensive experience in managing and operating luxury wellness centers and spas. Their collaboration with Natura Bissé began in 2023 through the Preferred Vendor Program, connecting the skincare brand to prestigious spas and wellness spaces in the United States. The partnership between Natura Bissé and Arch Amenities Group Europe comes at a time when the demand for elevated wellness experiences in the hospitality sector is on the rise. Recent data from the Global Wellness Institute indicates a consistent 12% annual growth in the wellness market since 2020, with a projected 52% growth by 2027. This collaboration positions both brands to meet the changing needs of the European market and offer innovative and bespoke solutions to spa-goers and wellness enthusiasts. Verónica Fisas, CEO at Natura Bissé Group, expressed her confidence in the collaboration, stating, "This strategic agreement represents a step-change in the way both leading brands address the changing needs of the European market and reinforces our collective commitment to offer unlimited innovation, inspiration as a pillar of growth, and bespoke agile solutions. That is why I'm convinced that our collaboration with Arch Amenities Group Europe will allow us to expand our presence in first-class spas and wellbeing centers." Barry Goldstein, CEO at Arch Amenities Group, also emphasized the value of partnering with Natura Bissé in Europe, saying, "As one of the most celebrated luxury skincare brands in the world, our strategic collaboration with Natura Bissé allows us to extend our proven expertise in developing and managing luxury wellness spaces to bring guests an unparalleled experience powered by great products, outstanding hospitality, and elevated service." Arch Amenities Group, based in Rockville, Maryland, is a leading provider of hospitality management and consulting services for commercial and residential properties, hotels, spas, and private clubs globally. The company offers a range of services, including daily management, feasibility studies, planning and design consultancy, recruiting, and pre-opening support. It is a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Natura Bissé, founded in Barcelona in 1979, is a globally renowned luxury skincare company that combines pioneering technology with personalized care. The brand has received numerous awards, including the "World's Best Spa Brand" for four consecutive years. With a presence in 40 countries, Natura Bissé continues to expand its reach through luxury retailers and top-tier spas. In addition to its commitment to skincare, Natura Bissé established the Ricardo Fisas Natura Bissé Foundation in 2008 to contribute to the well-being of vulnerable individuals. The brand supports the foundation's initiatives through three fundraising lines of hotel toiletries. With the strategic collaboration between Natura Bissé and Arch Amenities Group Europe, both brands are poised to strengthen their foothold in the European luxury spa market. By combining their expertise and resources, they aim to deliver exceptional wellness experiences and expand their reach to spa-goers across the EU and the UK.
